Wednesday

Yesterday, I played tennis out at noon time. Then I ran 5 miles in the afternoon. Today, I'm hurting. I can only guess it's from all the sun and the summer snow produced by the cotton wood tree. I've never really had allergy problems until now. I guess when you have big chunk of white cotton plants seeds in your nostrils, you have no choice but to sneeze and feel like shit!ww
